Wdirect COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF FAST-MEDIA
(Austin, TX - January 13, 2004) - Wdirect (www.warrendirect.com), an integrated direct response and direct marketing agency, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Fast Media, LLC (www.fast-media.com), an Austin, Texas-based direct response media buying agency that is a pioneer in the infomercial industry.
Fast Media specializes in long-form direct response television (DRTV), a niche expertise that is highly complementary to Wdirect's expertise in short-form DRTV. Fast Media brings along a substantial client roster with impressive annual billings.
